1. Job Title : .NET Professionals (various positions) (ID: 9201) M

Location : Brea, CA

Type : Permanent

Description : You will participate in the entire life cycle development and maintenance process including design, analysis, requirements gathering, and technical development. Requirements :

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
Minimum of 2 years of architectural experience or 2 completed full lifecycle projects whereby you have architected, designed, and developed project to point of delivery.
3+ years of C # experience
Experience in using ERD, UML, or other case tools
4+ years experience in object-oriented design for Internet or client / server applications.
3+ years experience of XML and ASP.NET experience (need Classic ASP as well)
Track record developing a world-class enterprise software product to a successful release or developing database applications for high-volume, transaction-oriented Web application.
Strong SQL Server backend experience inclusive of stored-procedures, triggers, and TSQL.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users and support staff.
Able to translate concepts and information into functional reports; demonstrates attention to detail.
Dependable to keep commitments and meet deadlines. The ability to work independently and together as a team is essential.

Desired Skills :

COM / DCOM Experience.
Experience in the insurance industry and accounting would be considered a plus.

The ideal candidate will be highly driven and possess outstanding client presentation abilities and superior communication and interpersonal skills. This dynamic opportunity encompasses the full-cycle sales process, which includes: Devise and implement marketing strategies in order to obtain IT staff augmentation and IT consulting business from targeted client companies in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. Identify and establish relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts in order to secure new business opportunities. Identify opportunities to broaden the scope of services offered to existing client base. Maintain a high standard of service within new and existing accounts to ensure continued business.

Requirements:

Must have 2-5 years of current sales experience in the IT consulting/technology industry. Must have an understanding of IT terminology and culture. Must be highly driven, self-motivated, and possess outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Description : A well established and successful consulting company in Chicago is looking for a Consultant who will play a key role in further building out the BI strategy and business performance management capability of the consulting practice. This individual will help clients maximize the improvements in business performance that result from major enterprise initiatives. Help clients generate significant business results from the use of business intelligence, data warehousing, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and ecommerce. Will assist with business development and leading the delivery of engagements. This is a great company and very exciting opportunity! The focus is on Midwest engagements, but will participate in business development and delivery across all regions, so probably more travel in the early stages of the position.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience with a focus on addressing the business aspects of enterprise applications (i.e., CRM, ERP, finance, BI).
Ability to determine the business value of major technology initiatives and develop phased plans for improving processes, organization, skills, and technology to meet business objectives.
Conversant in primary technical aspects of business intelligence and ability to quickly learn the important aspects of new technologies.
Strong collaboration and session facilitation skills.
Ability to work effectively with IT managers and senior architects to determine how business needs can be addressed with technical solutions.
Very strong verbal and written communications and presentation skills as well as confidence and presence with IT and business executives.
Solid time management, people management and project management skills.
Very high personal standards for the quality of delivery.

Desired Skills:

Experience in manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, insurance and/or financial services industries
MBA is preferred
Experience selling and delivering management consulting services
